Ministry to the Sick

Members of this ministry share Eucharist with Catholic patients at North Kansas City Hospital on a weekly basis, Thursday mornings, two to three hours per visit.

New Mark Nursing Home Ministry

Each Sunday morning, members of the Holy Family Nursing Home Ministry team bring the Eucharist to Catholic residents and patients at the New Mark Care Center.

Benton House of Staley Hills

Members of this ministry share Eucharist with Catholic residents on a weekly basis, Thursday at 11:30 a.m., in a Communion service.

Homebound Ministry

Eucharistic ministers and pastoral staff are also available to bring the Eucharist to housebound parishioners.

St. Brigid Needlework Group

Prayer Shawl Ministry
The St. Brigid Needlework Group combines prayer with members’ needlework talents to provide God’s healing grace to others. The group produces prayer shawls to people in need of comfort and solace. If you do not know how to knit, members will teach you. The group meets the third Sunday of the each month in the chapel at 9:45 a.m. and the first Friday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
