Catholic Worker House
Catholic Worker House is a Catholic community of men and women who live together and serve the poor. They operate a soup kitchen six nights a week at 912 E. 31st Street in Kansas City, Mo. On the first Sunday of each month, Holy Family prepares and serves the evening meal at the soup kitchen.

St. James Place Food Collection
Holy Family collects non-perishable food items for St. James Place on a monthly basis. The collection dates will be listed in the bulletin. Donations of canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, tuna, boxed macaroni and cheese or other non-perishable food and toiletry items may be placed in the food collection barrels located inside the main church entrance.

St. James Place Kitchen
On the first Tuesday of each month, members of Holy Family serve the evening meal at St. James Place Kitchen at 3934 Troost, Kansas City, Mo.

Funeral Dinners
Holy Family provides funeral dinners for the family and friends of parishioners who have died. The St. Joseph's Women's Group serves and coordinates the dinners. If people want to provide food or help serve, click here.

Giving Tree 2009
Each Advent, Holy Family sponsors a Giving Tree program. Needy Northland families are adopted for the holiday season. Parish members select ornaments from the tree and purchase the gift indicated on the ornament. Each adopted family member receives five gifts. Click here for questions concerning the Giving Tree.
