When a couple falls in love and decides to marry, they prepare for the sacrament of marriage. After the birth of their child, parents will ask for the child to receive the sacrament of baptism. Children in the second grade celebrate their education in the Catholic faith and their participation in the church by receiving the sacraments of reconciliation and Communion for the first time. Teenagers and adults are received into full initiation into the Catholic faith through the sacrament of confirmation.
