Adult Education Opportunities      Bible Studies      Step Study      Adult Formation      Financial Peace University      St. Catherine of Sienna Women's Bible Study      That Man is You		Adult Education That Man is You: Becoming a Man After God’s Own Heart Holy Family offers “That Man is You” (TMIY) Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 a.m. Breakfast is provided. “That Man is You” is a 26-week interactive multimedia Bible study focused on men’s development in the modern world. The program combines teachings of the Catholic faith, the wisdom of the saints and the best research from medical and social science to develop a vision of authentic men capable of transforming society. That transformation begins at home. Since most men are married at some point in their lives, the program emphasizes the importance of marriage in salvation history. The program returns to Holy Family for a third year. Fall sessions begin September 14. Spring sessions begin in February; date to be announced. This year’s theme is "The Revelation of the Father." It raises the role of fatherhood to a new level, focusing on providing fathers with the information and methods needed to help them form families united with God. Sessions will focus on identifying traps contrary to God’s desires and teachings in today’s society and how to avoid them. Men will learn the basic leadership traits necessary to be good fathers and how to pass these traits on to their children. This information is applicable to fathers of all ages, regardless of their children’s ages. There is no charge to attend the program. Free will donations are accepted each meeting to defray refreshment costs. Paradisus Dei, the TMIY founding organization, makes one request for donations each season.
